Aston Martin is Readying a Supercar Inspired by TAG Heuer

The Aston Martin DBS Superleggera Tag Heuer Edition comes with a luxury watch.

 

People who love luxury usually keep an eye on extravagant watches and high-end cars. This is why when Aston Martin and Tag Heuer joined hands in March 2018, no one was surprised because it seemed like a perfect match.

 

One of the results of the new association was a TAG Heuer watch that comes with an Aston Martin theme. Another result of this association is a limited-run car, a DBS Superleggera which is inspired by a flawless Tag Heuer watch.

 

 

The special edition car has a Monaco Black paint that looks more beastly thanks to the addition of some noticeable red accents on the sidewalls of Pirelli Colour Edition tires and the brake callipers. The interior of the much-anticipated car also has an impressive colour pattern. On the inside, everything is covered in black except the Tag Heuer badges that are embroidered on the seatbacks and the occasional red stitching that catches the eye easily.

 

 

 

Things are as impressive under the hood as they are on the exterior and interior. The car has a twin-turbo V12 which endows the regular version of the supercar with 211-mph top speed, a 3.4-second 0-60 mph time and 735 horsepower. This means the car is perfect for long rides that have been on the travel bucket list of the super-rich for a while.

 

The look of the DBS Superleggera Tag Heuer Edition is simply phenomenal, and the powerful features make it a worthy buy. It won’t be wrong to say that the car will give stiff competition to TAG Heuer’s Caliber Heuer 01 Aston Martin Special Edition that’s already got a lot of limelight and love.

 

Though there have been no revelations on pricing details, it is expected to be quite high given the fact that the company will be making only 50 cars and the buyers will get a free Tag Heuer timepiece when they make a purchase.

 

According to estimates, the buyers will need to spend more than $300,000 for the already coveted car, which is no surprise when you consider the fact that the first A90 Toyota Supra was recently sold at auction for $2.1m.
