NBA star Ben Simmons has recently bought a mansion in Hidden Hills, Fernando Valley, that is worth USD $17.5 million (About AUD $23.3 million). His neighbours include some of the most popular hip-hop musicians and professional athletes like Lil Wayne, Drake, Dwayne Wade, and Matt Stafford. And yes, he is also the new neighbour of the Kardashians.

Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac that is on a 1.5-acre lot, the new property of Ben Simmons was built in this year itself. It has a modern farmhouse-style architecture bent thanks to the reclaimed wood siding and charcoal-coloured bricks. It has a main mansion along with a huge guesthouse and two different swimming pools.

Ben Simmons’s new mansion also has seven bedrooms, eight baths, and around 12,000 square feet of living space. It also has two different motor courts, a long driveway, and a three-car garage. The main entrance of the new mansion of Ben Simmons looks dazzling thanks to emerald green lawns, and mature olive trees.

The door of the new mansion owned by Ben Simmons opens to a blacked-out foyer with grigio marble at the feet and sleek contemporary light fixtures at the top. Then comes a dramatic entrance gallery with backlit lift oak panelling. It leads to a massive great room that looks stunning due to the beautiful shades of gold and grey.

Two custom metal chandeliers draw attention. They are complemented by a floating fireplace that has a huge brass siding, a marble base and separates the dining and living spaces spectacularly. The mansion owned by Ben Simmons also has two kitchens, the main designer one and a utilitarian chef’s catering kitchen with commercial grade appliances and a private entrance.

The staircase ferries a person to a balcony that connects the master suite wing with a secondary wing. Below the staircase is a beautiful bonsai tree that attracts the eyes. The master suite, where Ben Simmons will probably relax, overlooks a pool, a deck beside it, and a poolside cabana.
