This club features a spa, a high-end fitness centre, cabanas and swimming pools, and an outdoor terrace. The lobby itself is quite attractive and offers some stunning views. Furthermore, the membership would only be limited to the residents of the world’s tallest residential building.

 

However, those looking for an NYC condo will have to pay a high price to bag a spot on this world’s tallest residential building. Prices begin at AU$9.37 million and only go higher as you go up.  Luxurious lofty residences on the upper floors listed for as much as AU$89 million.

For instance, a new listing in this world’s tallest residential building has recently gone live. The condo on the 66th floor of the Central Park Tower cost up to AU$30 million. The condo features three bathrooms and three bedrooms, covering an area of 294 square meters. With that, the interior design of this NYC condo is done by Blainey North & Associates.

Regarding the design of this NYC condo, a representative from Blainey North & Associates stated, “We were inspired by the sound of New York. As someone who comes from the other side of the world—Australia—I find the ever-present hum of Manhattan to be one of its defining features.”

Other than that, this NYC condo also features work from Nadia Anne Rickets, a British artist. For instance, the living room textiles are a tribute to the Beatles song, “Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds”.
