Dinosaurs Let Loose in this Terrifying Jurassic World Short

Ever wondered what happened after Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom?

Have you ever had a nightmare about dinosaurs set loose on planet Earth and hunting humans down? If so, the Jurassic World Short by Colin Trevorrow is worth a look. Titled as Battle at Big Rock, this film takes place after the events of Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom, a film starring Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard in which dinosaurs breached the confines of Isla Nublar and found a new home out in the open world in the ending.

 

Lasting around eight and a half minutes, Jurassic World Short is quite appealing. It shows a family portrayed by Natalie Martinez, Andre Holland, Pierson Salvador and Melody Herd enjoying a peaceful camping trip in the wilderness. The encounter between the humans and dinosaurs seems harmless until a carnivorous Allosaurus makes an appearance. As no amount of information on how to become an alpha male could have enabled the father to save the family, they all go into survival mode.

The dinosaur can be seen ripping apart and masticating their mobile home, and it’s clear that the dinosaur hopes to snack on humans next. A post-credit scene of Jurassic World Short suggests that everyday people will have a perilous existence in the ensuing “Jurassic World” universe.

 

The Jurassic World Short is set between the Fallen Kingdom and the upcoming third film. It shows what will happen if dinosaurs are let loose on the planet and they don’t stick to attacking only remote island park or a research facility.

After seeing the film, we can say that this Jurassic World short is intriguing and realistically shows the consequences of what could happen when humans overstep their bounds. It also follows the film’s logical conclusion and makes you wonder how many deaths you might have to see in the third film. The actors, the direction and the filmmakers have done a great job, and their efforts seem worth it when you hold your breath to know what might happen to the family.
