As per NBC’s new show, Young Rock, Dwayne Johnson will make a good presidential candidate. The new sitcom that will premiere on Tuesday night will show a young Dwayne Johnson in different timelines. In one timeline, he is a 10-year-old boy who is raised among professional wrestlers. In another, he is a 15-year-old teenager who is busy chasing girls in high school and in another timeline, he is an 18-year-old boy who is playing football.
In the show, it is noteworthy that Dwayne Johnson is relaying the information regarding his upbringing in 2032, and he is running for president.
Fans liked the idea of Dwayne Johnson as President, and he even responded to the outpouring of support online. He confirmed that a foray into politics could be possible.
It must be noted here that the movie star has had opinions about the leaders in the past as well. Supporting President Biden and Senator Harris he wrote “As a political independent & centrist, I’ve voted for both parties in the past. In this critical presidential election, I’m endorsing JoeBiden & KamalaHarris.”
In a recent interview, Dwayne Johnson admitted that he might take on a greater role in politics in the future. He said “I would consider a presidential run in the future if that’s what the people wanted. Truly I mean that, and I’m not flippant in any way with my answer. That would be up to the people… So I would wait, and I would listen. I would have my finger on the pulse, my ear to the ground.” Though his fans would be delighted if he runs for President, it is a fact that another inexperienced President is not suitable for the US right now.
