Hawkeye Trailer Teases Clint Barton and Kate Bishop’s Holiday Adventure
Yes, the Hawkeye series is a Christmas show.
The Hawkeye show will revolve around Clint Barton, who carries exceptional skills with shooting weapons. Based on the current news, the series will air on Disney+ start 24th November 2021.
Other than Jeremy Renner, we will also see Hailee Steinfeld appearing in the show. Furthermore, other stars include Fra Fee, Zahn McClarnon, Vera Farmiga, Alaqua Cox, and Brian d’Arcy James.
Based on what we see in the Hawkeye trailer, we know that it follows the full story of Clint. The show is set around Christmas and would also feature a Captain America musical. In the Hawkeye trailer poster, we also see Hailee Steinfeld taking the mantle.
The Hawkeye trailer also suggests that the show is set after the Avengers: Endgame events. Previously, we saw that Clint Barton had gone onto a murdering spree after his family vanished. But of course, it did not end there. Natasha Romanoff made a sacrifice as well for the Soul Stone.
From the Hawkeye trailer, it looks like the show will be set between Spider-Man: No Way Home and Eternals. Hence, the story will be a big breather for the Marvel fans and could also have great outcomes for the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
One interesting thing to note in the Hawkeye trailer is that Yelena Belova (Florence Pugh) does not appear in the trailer even though she is set to return.
Apparently, MCU is saving her as a pleasant surprise for the upcoming trailers (or maybe not). Likely, Florence’s character would be a side story – more like a connecting piece. Based on the way Black Widow ended, we will be seeing Yelena trying to hunt Hawkeye in the series at some point.
The first Hawkeye trailer seems to revolve around Clint and Kate Bishop’s relationship. Hence, Yelena’s presence in the first trailer is not so necessary, anyway. Though, we can expect to see some glimpses in any future trailers.
