Of course, we could not get into 2022 without seeing another release of a limited-edition NFT. This time, it’s Johnnie Walker. The famous Scotch whisky brand collaborated with BlockBar to serve the latest aged Scotch along with an exclusive VIP visit and a limited-edition NFT.

Referred to as the Masters of Flavour, this Scotch is the final release in the series. It is a blend of rare whiskies that have been aged for 48 years on the minimum. These whiskies have been sourced from four different distilleries.

Promising a smoky and rich aroma with a fruity palate along with tones of sweet butterscotch and gentle spice, the Masters of Flavour is no less than a wonder. Buyers of the bottle will receive a design by Kode Abdo, a well-known artist, in the form of an NFT.

Furthermore, this NFT will be stored safely on the blockchain, which means that it can neither be erased nor duplicated. Since NFTs can have an exclusive nature, it makes sense why many spirits and luxury brands throughout the world are pairing their new additions with NFTs.

Other than the NFT, a one-off trip to Scotland is also included in the package. Buyers will get to visit the visitor center at Johnnie Walker and the Glenkinchie Distillery, which is home to world-class spirits and alcoholic drinks.

Furthermore, the buyers will also get a Diageo Archive guided tour along with VIP tastings of some of the rarest collections available. However, these offers are very exclusive, and only seven NFTs are available for enthusiasts.

Each of these NFT artworks by Johnnie Walker will cost $35,000 and, like always, will be available on a first-come and first-serve basis. These will become live on 31st May 2022 at exactly 10:30 am EST. So, if you are a Johnnie Walker connoisseur, you better not miss this amazing opportunity.
