Nobody can deny that Kanye West has had a great impact in many industries over the last two decades now. The artist has indeed enjoyed a rollercoaster of success. Now, Netflix is ready to release a documentary that covers his journey in three parts. JEEN-YUHS will make its debut in February.

Fans can now get an early taste of what will be included in the documentary in the form of a teaser trailer. The trailer is almost a minute long which starts with a vintage video featuring Kanye West in New York with Rhymefest, a fellow hip hop artist.

The remaining part of this Netflix documentary trailer features some short montages which show snippets of Kanye with Pharrell and Jay-Z in the studio along with stage performances, followed by the iconic Yeezy Season moments.

But that is not all. This Netflix documentary trailer also shows his 2002 car accident which is considered life-altering for him. After the car accident, the rapper underwent reconstructive surgery. Over the back of the video, we see West narrating, “It was like God saying, ‘I’m about to hand you the world, just know at any given time I could take it away from you.”

The first part of this Netflix documentary will revolve around the early years of Kanye’s life. The documentary will also be released in the theatres, and tickets for that will be available in local theatres. According to Steve Bunnell, the documentary is a must-watch for fellow artists and fans of Kanye West.

Regarding this, he stated, “Through his work as a performer, producer, and entrepreneur, few artists or businessmen have had a greater impact on worldwide popular culture than Kanye West over the last twenty years.”

Not only that, but JEEN-YUHS will also remain on the lineup for the Sundance Film Festival this month. Due to the pandemic, the festival will be virtual yet once again. Though, initially, the plans were to conduct the festival in hybrid mode. For now, the Omicron variant has made that impossible again.
