Matt Damon, the actor, writer, and producer, has decided to sell off his home in the Pacific Palisades for about AUD 27 (About USD 21) million. The property has 10 bathrooms, 7 bedrooms and was purchased by Damon and his wife Luciana Barroso in 2015 for about AUD 19.26 (about USD 15) million.

Though the home Matt Damon is selling looks modern from the outside, it has a traditional touch due to attractive elements like mahogany wood details. The main living space of the house has a sitting area in an atrium that has high ceilings of about 35 foot. It also has a dining area that is beautified with Asahi glass walls and a section that attracts the eyes due to an intricately carved wooden pool table.

The entire house, which includes the bathrooms, bedrooms, walk-in closet and many other such elements has mahogany floors and ceilings. This property of Matt Damon was built by Grant Kirkpatrick, a founding partner of KAA Design.

On the outside, the 68-acre home owned by Matt Damon has an appealing pool, a Hawaiian-inspired lanai and a koi pond that look stunning due to the tropical-feeling landscaping. Some other attractive features of the house are a bar, a game room, an office gym, a media room, a wine-tasting room that has storage of more than 1,000 bottles, a dance studio that has its own ballet bar and staff quarters.

The family bedrooms and the main suite take a lot of upstairs space. All these have a close line-of-sight with the treetops, which enhance the all-natural appeal of the property owned by Matt Damon. The main suite has its own private terrace, a spa-inspired main bathroom, large dual dressing rooms and a dedicated massage room.
