It is not uncommon for powerful and famous figures to publish their memoirs. The world has seen a handful of these. Depending on the writers’ profile, memoirs tend to amass big profits. According to sources, Prince Harry is also writing a memoir, which is not surprising at all.

The memoir of Prince Harry

According to a recent report by Page Six, Prince Harry has been working on the memoir since last year. Now completed, the book has been sold to the Penguin Random House. In this regard, the report adds that the memoir’s first draft has already been written with the final draft’s deadline set in October.

Though, rather than writing the memoir himself, Prince Harry has reportedly hired a ghostwriter. While it can be in bad taste for some, the prince has hired J.R. Moehringer, a Pulitzer winner as his ghostwriter. Moehringer’s own memoir gained a significant amount of success immediately after its release.

Furthermore, the ghostwriter has also helped several other celebrities complete their memoirs.

About the Memoir, Prince Harry stated, “I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to share what I’ve learned over the course of my life so far and excited for people to read a firsthand account of my life that’s accurate and wholly truthful.”

Last year, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry decided to break away from the Royal Family. Soon, speculators began wondering what the new source of income could be for the prince. Apparently, the upcoming memoir could prove as a good income source for Prince Harry, as it is expected to generate big sales.

People would specifically be interested in reading and learning more about the tense exist of Meghan and Prince Harry from their royal duties, especially after the famous interview with Oprah from a few months back.

However, it is not yet clear how much the memoir will touch on that. Though, the book’s description states, “for the very first time, the definitive account of the experiences, adventures, losses, and life lessons that have helped shape him”.
