Rimowa has initiated a star-studded campaign that illustrates a new era of travel. The stars featured include Rihanna, Roger Federer, LeBron James, and Patti Smith. Since its beginning, the iconic German luggage company played a vital role in defining what it means to travel with a purpose.



It did so with the help of tried-and-true hardware. It also focuses on those who help bring the product to life. Rimowa is also well-known for perennially hyped fashion collaborations with well-known brands like Off-White, Dior, Supreme, etc.

 

New global campaign of Rimowa

Now, Rimowa is exploring personal travel narratives through the eyes of the four superstars mentioned above. First, the company picked talented people who don’t stay still due to their professions and personal lives. Then they were tasked with reflecting on what travels means to them after the recent long pause due to COVID-19. The result was an amazing brand campaign where each of the stars can be seen wheeling their iconic suitcases as companions when they begin their unique journeys.

 

Talking about the campaign, the CEO of Rimowa said, “With collaborations, we are looking for someone with a unique voice who will bring something new and unexpected to the table. We love to see how our joint ideas can push the boundaries of what RIMOWA represents in terms of function and design, and we know it’s something that our clients appreciate, too. So, while I can’t reveal more just yet, you can expect to see a new line-up of collaborations in 2022 that will continue our legacy of innovation.”
