Here, celebrities get a lot of room to breath with enough privacy, away from the paparazzi. Both Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo, his wife, have given out US$22.7 million (~AU$29 million) for a real estate that is at least a century old.

Having been renovated a number of times over the last few decades, this real estate covers a 5.2 acres area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

This real-estate was designed by a renowned architect, George Washington Smith, in 1923. The first owner of this property was John A. Jameson. Subsequently, the property was passed on to a number of owners that were not famous enough.

Recently, it has been in the market off and on. Initially though, the property was listed at $29.5 million before Adam Levine stepped in.

This mature property features tall gates, with a long driveaway that leads to the house. At the same time, the boundaries of the property are covered by thick oak trees. The property even contains a mini forest.

Along with that, this new Adam Levine house also contains a five-car garage, staff quarters, guesthouse with two bedrooms, and a garden cottage containing another bedroom. So, in total, this new property has around 11 bathrooms and 9 bedrooms.

The property also features expansive gardens that provide several recreational outlets. These include a full tennis, a grand swimming pool that is tucked away privately from the main area, and lots of lemon trees.

Furthermore, attractive patios and stone fountains are also some of the most notable features of this new Adam Levine house.

It looks like Adam Levine will be delving in this house for many years to come, after all, $22.7 is a big amount. Still, it is lesser in comparison to the big money that other celebrities have spent on real estate.
