Warner Bros. confirms The Batman 2 is moving forward with director Matt Reeves and Robert Pattinson.

Reeves, The Batman star Robert Pattinson and Zoë Kravitz are confirmed to return for number 2, though there aren’t many other details known just yet.
“I’m excited to jump back in for another chapter,” Reeves said.
While critics felt that the film was one of the lesser entries in the grand Batman cinematic canon, it has proven to be a blockbuster hit. The film earned $760 million at the global box office and was watched by 4.1 million households on HBO Max the first week it was released on the subscription-based television network, according to Deadline. (The movie came to the HBO streaming service earlier this month.)
The Batman isn’t the only thing to look forward to in this Batman universe, there is also a spinoff about Colin Farrell’s Penguin in the works for the Warner Bros. Discovery streaming platform.
