The Boys Season 3 Trailer Is Here And It Promises A Lot Of Mayhem

The season 3 trailer of one of the most popular Prime Video shows, The Boys, is finally here. The show is based on a comic book series of the same name by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson. It premiered in 2019.

The show gained a lot of popularity in 2020 thanks to the decision of Amazon Prime to release the episodes weekly. Some people are also fascinated by the irrelevant and violent take on the superhero genre. Several show spinoffs are already in the works, including the recently released Diabolical, an animated show.

In the second season of The Boys, the titular team was able to clear their names and had defeated Stormfront and Homelander. In the last season, Ryan, Becca, and Homelander’s son also succeeded in getting away from the evil supe with Butcher’s help. Then, Ryan was taken in by the CIA.

Season 3 will likely focus on Homelanders’ increasingly violent tendencies. It will also explore the fact that Hughie is working for Congressman Neuman without knowing that she is a head exploding assassin. Season 3 might also explore more about Annie/Starlight re-joining the Seven.

As expected, The Boys season 3 trailer shows the audience the mayhem that is about to come. It is set to a catchy song and shows a lot of bloody fun, including Butcher throwing up on Hughie’s face, many hidden secrets, and even some bodies exploding.

One of the biggest surprises you can expect this season of The Boys is that Butcher will be taking compound V. In the comics, The Boys do take compound 5 V so that they are better equipped to take out the supes. It is yet unclear whether season 3 will see any other squad members taking compound V.

Another critical reveal of The Boys season 3 trailer is seeing Jensen Ackles’ Soldier Boy in action. He might be pretty unhinged. In this season will also see the return of Homelander’s son Ryan and even Black Noir might be back in action. And yes, it will also include a parody of Kendall Jenner’s infamous Pepsi advertisement.
