The 2021 Hyundai Tucson is finally here, with three engines and variants in Australia. This family SUV starts from $34,000. This price may stretch up to $52,000 depending on the specifications. Throughout the range, the front wheels are driven by the 2.0 liter 4-cylinder petrol engine that delivers 192 Nm and 115-kW power.

 

Along with that, the Highlander and Elite models will also feature all-wheel-drive optional capability. These also come with a 2.0 liter 4-cylinder turbo diesel delivering 416 Nm/137KW and a 1.6-liter 4-cylinder turbo petrol engine delivering 256Nm/132kW, respectively.

According to Hyundai, the 2.0-liter petrol engine variant of the 2021 Hyundai Tucson will be the first one to reach the stores. Along with that, the 1.6-liter turbo engine variant is expected to be available in May and June. With that, the final variant of the 2021 Hyundai Tucson with a 2.0-liter turbo diesel will be available in July.

 

The family SUV comes with some standard equipment that includes leather wrapping on the steering wheel and gear selector, clothed seats, air conditioning, 4.2 inches display, and Apple CarPlay. Along with that, the 2021 Hyundai Tucson also features an 8.0 touchscreen for infotainment.

The entire range features 7 airbags. With that, one airbag is also located within the two front seats. According to some manufacturers, this is necessary to achieve a 5-star safety rating by ANCAP.

 

At the same time, the elite model of the 2021 Hyundai Tucson also features an auto window roll functionality, solar control glass, push start, and a rear occupant alert.

Perhaps, one of the most interesting things about the 2021 Hyundai Tucson is that it comes in 8 color variants. These include white cream, shimmering silver, crimson red, silky bronze, Phantom Black, Titan Grey, Deep Sea blue), and Amazon Grey.

 

Along with that, there are some customization options available with the leather too. For instance, buyers can choose the 2021 Hyundai Tucson with light grey or dark brown leather, both of which come with black accents.
