The Cobra Kai house which was featured in the show has just hit the market for US$2.65 million (AU$3.42 million). Dating back to 1968, this house, currently owned by Ralph Macchio, features six bedrooms and amazing Tuscan architecture. The house was fully renovated later in 2008.

Apart from 6 bedrooms, it also features seven bathrooms and is spread over 9214 sq feet. Prior to 2008, the Cobra Kai house had quite a different vibe. Previously, Beth Brooks, a woman from Georgia owned this property and got it renovated by her architect, John Fischer.

The renovation added another floor to the house along with a decent amount of space. According to Beth Brooks, the Copra Kai house was previously owned by a lobbyist. Hence, Ronald Reagan and Jimmy Carter are said to have stayed here. Along with that, Arnold Palmer has also stayed at this Cobra Kai house as a guest.

Representatives at the Seven Hills Auctions have mentioned, “The azaleas adorning the property’s backyard were gifted to the home’s first owner by the Callaway family of Callaway Resort & Gardens, which is renowned for its trademark rare azaleas”.

The extensive remodelling of this Cobra Kai house only began after Beth Brooks got a divorce and ended her 14 years marriage. Around that time, she was occupying the house along with her three kids, a pet rabbit, and three dogs.

Eventually, Brooks ended up falling in love with the Architect. So, not only did she end up with a nice house featuring Tuscan architecture, but also a new partner.

The architect also updated the kitchen by adding Bosc dishwashers, a sub-zero refrigerator, open shelves, and a Wolfe double oven. The suite of the Cobra Kai house owner is perhaps the most captivating part of the house. It features glass-paned doors with a nice sitting area and a cosy fireplace.

Costing US$2.65 Million, this Cobra Kai house is worth every penny. In other news, The Rock (Dwayne Johnson) bought a US$27.8 mansion in Beverly Park. Though, the Cobra Kai house despite being smaller and relatively cheaper is no less than a luxury property.
