The Samsung 8K TV Prices Revealed and They’re Quite Shocking
The new Samsung 8K TV features a Quantum Mini LED
The all-new Samsung 8K TV debuted in January and has now made its way to Australia. It features an 8K QLED Neo technology, with a whopping price tag. Just like all other new technologies, this one is quite expensive too.
There have not been a lot of 8K Television in the market. And the few models that have shown up in the last few years, they have had a price mark of over $20,000. Indeed, that is relatively normal. For instance, just around 18 months back, the LG 8k 88-inch television had a price tag of $60,000.
At the same time, Samsung had a 98-inch 8K model for $99,000. Now, another new Samsung 8K TV has hit the Australian market, for just $13,999. That is not cheap by any standards. But compared with the whopping prices that other 8K televisions have had, this one is quite reasonable.
After all, it is a future-proof technology and quite stunning. The new Samsung 8K TV features a Quantum Mini LED. This brightens the colours up and significantly improves the contrast. Along with that, the details and pictures are also incredible.
The neo television, ‘Neo 8K’ can achieve 120 Hz refresh rate. As far as the design goes, the new Neo Samsung 8K TV is 50% thinner in comparison to the previous models. It contains very thin bezels, which is a trending design.
The Samsung 8K TV also comes with a solar-powered battery-free remote. Though, this television is more than only 8k. It also features an Object Tracking Sound technology along with SpaceFit Sound. This way, the television adjusts its sound output based on the space in which it is kept in.
If 8k sounds too much to you, worry not, because Samsung is also offering a range of other 4K options. The main thing to note here, is that Samsung is trying to keep options open for all users, regarding of their tastes, budget, and technological interests.
Perhaps, as the technology further expands, the Samsung 8K TV models will also start falling in the affordable range in the future.
