Tom Holland Shows Off Boxing Skills in New Spider-Man Training Video

Holland’s trainer, Louis Chandler, says the Spider-Man actor has “got some hands.”

Every Marvel Cinematic Universe character has a unique set of moves that go well with their character. For instance, we see Spidey spinning, swinging, and flipping a lot. Though, a new training video of Tom Holland showing off his boxing skills just surfaced.

Regarding his boxing technique, coach says that the actor “got some hands.” The clip was shot in July 2021, in which we see Tom Holland doing a boxing workout with Louis Chandler, his trainer. It is presumed that this clip was shot during the filming of the Spider-Man: No Way Home.

This is, of course, not the first time Tom Holland showed off his fitness regime. Tom Holland was among the first celebrities who started the headstand challenge. Eventually, the challenge encouraged countless people to show off their core strengths. After which, many decided to keep their core health in check.

Furthermore, Tom Holland is also a trained dancer. Though, it is certainly true that his training got quite intense after he was cast in Captain America: Civil War as Peter Parker. In the entire process, Tom Holland considers EMS training to be his least favourite.

The Spider-Man actor stated, “You wear this black suit, and they put these pads on you, and you basically do a yoga class while they electrocute you. It is awful.”

Tom Holland also played the role of a drug addict and veteran in Cherry, for which he had to transform his body again. Earlier in 2021, the actor also revealed the results that he has achieved from his No Way Home preparation – a shirtless picture with Duffy Gaver that went viral on social media.

And once Spider-Man’s Marvel story is concluded, the actor plans to take a break. For which the actor is not to be blamed. After all, Tom Holland has received some intense training over a significant period.
