The Daily Show Host Trevor Noah spent US$ 27.5 million for an amazing Bel Air mansion less than a year ago. He made this purchase shortly after selling another Bel-Air home to Travis VanderZanden, the founder of Bird, for more than US$ 21 million. Now, the host is flipping the recently bought property back onto the market.

Trevor Noah, who also owns a US$ 10 million penthouse in NYC’s Manhattan, is asking USD 29.75 (About AU$ 40.72) million for the residence for the modern Bel Air mansion. Renowned architect Mark Rios designed the property as a personal residence for himself and his husband, Guy Ringler.

This Bel Air mansion of Trevor Noah has three white and windowless cubes out front. It also has six bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms. It also has the floor to ceiling walls of glass that let a person enjoy ocean and mountain views.

The property features a Japanese style spa underneath the pool that has massage, tub, sauna and changing rooms. The property also has a wine room with a hidden door that opens to a glass-encased elevator that travels directly to a gourmet kitchen with dark wood cabinetry. Breath-taking amenities of the Trevor Noah owned property also include a gym, a library, a club room, and a rooftop terrace which can double as a screening room.

Some key highlights of the three-level residence are oak floors from Germany, an outdoor bar and kitchen, and a formal dining room abutting a den. The house also has a master retreat which is spotlighted by dual baths and walk-in wardrobes. It also has four additional ensuite guest bedrooms. The property also has lush, manicured grounds that are replete with a 15-by-60-foot infinity-edge pool, a fireside conversation pit and the outdoor kitchen mentioned before.

Trevor Noah has been the host of The Daily Show since 2015, and his current contract will ensure that he hosts the show till the end of 2022. Jonah Wilson of Hilton & Hyland holds the listing of the property.
