Will Poulter Joins the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 As Adam Warlock
He’s definitely getting paid.
The Marvel Cinematic Universe keeps on adding new stars to its foray. Now, Will Poulter has joined the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. He will portray one of the most-awaited characters in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Adam Warlock.
Will Poulter first played the role of snotty cousin Eustace in the Chronicles of Narnia: Voyage Of The Dawn Treader. Some of you might also recognize Will Poulter from the “You guys are getting paid” meme that belongs to a scene in We’re the Millers.

In Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, Will Poulter will play the role of Adam Warlock. He is a perfect human being who was created by a team of scientists. He has a long-standing connection to the Soul Stone that is the first and most mysterious of the six Infinity Stones.

At the end of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, it was hinted that MCU’s Adam Warlock would be one of the genetically engineered golden people of the Sovereign. He will be a creation of the High Priestess Ayesha (played by Elizabeth Debicki), whose purpose is to defeat the Guardians of the Galaxy.
Gunn had previously shared that Adam Warlock is one of his favourite characters. He originally played a key role in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, but he was cut as the story was already overstuffed. Even Marvel Studio’s overlord Kevin Feige has stated that Warlock will be an important figure in the future of the Marvel “cosmic universe.”
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 will be set after the Blip that happened when half the people disappeared from Earth and then reappeared after five years. It will show how the guardians dealt with the major changes that happened due to the Blip. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 will be released sometime in 2023.
Will Poulter’s Adam Warlock will probably help phase 4 of the MCU to be steered in the right direction. It will be interesting to see how well he portrays the character in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.
