The coronavirus pandemic is getting worse with time, and so the governments are initiating lockdowns to keep people at home. If you are locked at home or self-quarantined but you are craving a live performance by your favourite artist then there is some hope. Some notable names have decided to live stream free shows, and they will add some fun to your life and might interrupt your binge-watching spree.

The first on the list for people craving a live performance are fireside sessions by Neil Young that will be announced soon and will take place at Neil Young Archives. The legendary rocker will likely perform “Fireside Sessions” on a semi-regular basis. Daryl Hannah, his wife, will film them. The initial episode had songs like “Vampire Blues,” “Tell Me Why,” “Sugar Mountain,” “Razor Love” and “Heart of Gold” that he performed at Bernie Sanders rally as well.

The next option for those craving a live performance while efforts are made to flatten the curve is Self-Isolating IG Livestream by Charli XCX that will be live daily at 12 PM EST on Instagram. She will be joined by a special guest to entertain fans, share insights and spark conversation. The initial episodes had renowned guests like Queens and Christine, and the focus was on mental health and personal training session with Diplo.

If you prefer YouTube when you are missing a live performance, you can opt for Jack White’s Third Man Public Access that will be available daily at 1 PM EST. It’s a series of live-streamed performances that will take place in the famous Blue Room in Nashville. The aim would be to uplift the spirits, commiserate with the audience and feel your soul with magic brought by human connection.

Miley Cyrus fans who miss her live performance can check out Miley Cyrus Bright Minded Live that will air every Monday to Friday at 2.30 PM EST on Instagram. She and a guest will discuss how to stay LIT with love in these dark times. Till now, Amy Schumer and Demi Lovato have joined her as guests.

Diplo Corona World Tour that is as consistent as cooking lessons by chef Massimo Bottura is also happening five days a week on YouTube, Instagram and Twitch. On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, they happen at 10 PM EST and on Sundays at 4 PM EST. They also take place on Saturdays at 11 PM EST. They began on Friday the 13th and have good production value. The live sets are a treat for fans craving a live performance and fans can also know answers to simple questions like what his self-isolation routine is like.
