Drake often references the Los Angeles suburbs in his music.

Drake is ready for Los Angeles living, and if reports are to be believed, he is buying a home from fellow musician Robbie Williams in the Beverly Crest neighbourhood of LA. He has apparently bought the property for $85 million from Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency.

As Drake’s new home was never listed, little is known about it. What we do know is that the space covers 20,000 square feet and has a gym, a wine cellar, and a game room. It also has an 11-car garage, 10 bedrooms, and 22 bathrooms. It is also being reported that Drake is extensively customizing his home to meet his needs. He went for ultra-customization in his Canadian dwelling, which he built with the help of architectural and interior designer Ferris Rafauli.

We all know how busy Drake is, so he totally needs a place to unwind after his arduous work. Hence, a comfortable bedroom was necessary for him. Talking about the bedroom in his Canadian home, Drake had previously stated, “The bedroom is where I come to decompress from the world at the end of the night and where I open my eyes to seize the day. The bed lets you float, the shower lets you escape and gather your thoughts, and the closet makes you want to talk to yourself while you’re getting dressed.” We hope he will get a perfect bedroom in his new home.

When asked for a comment from a celebrity-favourite listing agent, Mr. Rappaport refused to disclose information. Representatives of both musicians couldn’t be reached.

Drake, who some of you might know as Aubrey Drake Graham, is one of the world’s best-selling music artists. He has won six American Music Awards and four Grammy Awards. It is also being reported that he has bought a buyer for his English country estate. The property had an asking price of £6.75 million (US$8.9 million).

Drake and his wife, Ayda Field, an actor, and model, purchased the 70-acre English bolthole, also known as Compton Bassett House, for £8.1 million in 2009.
