Here’s one stylish reason to go to Beverly Hills

It’s a man’s world, and Gucci seems to be stressing on this fact. The luxury brand is opening a dedicated men’s boutique to please those with a Y chromosome. The boutique will be opened on Rodeo Drive and would be situated next to the Beverly Hills flagship of the Italian fashion house.

 

Gucci’s new boutique will be around 3,500 foot and would offer men’s offering on a larger scale. The boutique will have ready to wear clothes for men, shoes, accessories, silks, small leather goods, watches, eyewear and jewellery. It will also have a street entrance as well as an oversized skylight.

As expected, the interior of this Gucci boutique will be awe-worthy. It will be a mix of modern and traditional exquisite designs and would have elements that all the fans of the luxury brand can relate to. For instance, the trademark velvet upholstery, herringbone wood floors and the vintage rugs would be there.

 

Talking about this boutique, the CEO and President of Gucci North America, Susan Chokachi said “The city of Los Angeles has always been a source of inspiration for Alessandro. From debuting as the backdrop of his first advertising campaign, to collaborations with iconic institutions such as Chateau Marmont and Hollywood Forever Cemetery, it makes sense that the Beverly Hills store is the fullest expression of his creativity. We believe it is the right moment to match the iconicity of Rodeo Drive with the presence of a Gucci men’s store to expand the brand experience and to align with our men’s growth ambitions. With the recent fall 2020 Gucci men’s show, Alessandro has once again placed a spotlight on the men’s world, and this new space reflects his vision,” reported WWD .

 

It is not the first time in the last few months that Gucci has done something different. In November 2019, it was reported that the fashion house wants to open a restaurant on its Rodeo Drive property. The restaurant will be opened sometime later this year. It will be a cool rooftop terrace that every fan of the brand would surely want to visit.

The restaurant will be opened by Gucci in partnership with Massimo Bottura. It will be their second partnership. The first, Gucci Osteria da Massimo Bottura already exists in Florence, Italy and has proven to be a huge success since 2018. In addition to huge popularity, it has earned a Michelin star too!
