In 2019, Brough Superior and Aston Martin announced that they would come together for an exclusive collaboration- an AMB 001 superbike. Since then, the fans have been waiting for any news on the super-expensive bike. The prayers of the fans have been heard as the drop-dead gorgeous bike was seen in action recently.

The AMB 001 superbike by Aston Martin is powered by a turbocharged V-twin engine that is capable of producing 180 horsepower easily. This ultra-exclusive superbike was seen at the Pau-Arnos circuit in France, where it put in some development rounds.

The AMB 001 superbike by Aston Martin will be a track-only bike and hence has a lack of concern for details like a number plate, proper lights, or even an aero screen. The superbike is described as “a unique, modern, lightweight and powerful sports bike concept.”

It has a lightweight body and gives the 001 a 1000bhp/tonne ratio, which is similar to a Koenigsegg. The AMB 001 superbike by Aston Martin is comprised of carbon-fibre, titanium, and billet aluminium. This superbike also marks the first time Aston Martin’s badge has been added to a two-wheeler.

Marek Reichman, the Executive Vice President and Chief Creative Officer of the company, talked about the AMB 001 superbike by Aston Martin. He said, “This is what we believe a cutting-edge motorcycle should be. The finished product is a truly beautiful motorcycle – a design and engineering work of art. Everybody involved has managed to make tremendous progress with the development of AMB 001, despite the challenges we have all been facing.”

It is expected that a limited production of the AMB 001 superbike by Aston Martin will begin at Brough Superior’s France factory later this year. One superbike will cost about USD 120,000 (about AUD 174,464). Only 100 models are planned as of now.

As the AMB 001 superbike by Aston Martin is super-expensive, it will probably be used as a decoration piece in some high-end collection and might never see the light of day again. Or it might feature in a James Bond movie in the future. What do you think is most likely to happen?
