Another PlayStation 5 DevKit Leak Recently Surfaced Online
The leaked image also has device which could be a controller for PlayStation 5
We now look at the highly talked about Sony PlayStation 5 Devkit and rumoured DualShock 5 Controller after a series of leaked details and renders.
Showing up on Twitter, the devkit and controller’s actual image reveals that the surfacing renders are not too far away. While devkits are often quite different from the retail console’s final design, the development models reveal the rough shape we can expect when the PlayStation 5 releases officially during the 2020 holiday season.
According to reports, the large v-shape is designed to make the consoles stackable for developers running multiple stress tests and optimise cooling. There are also large side-vents which act as a cooling apparatus, pushing the hot air out to prevent the devkit from overheating, The cooling optimization effectively aids PlayStation 5’s computing power, which was expected to be the most powerful console Sony has ever had.

The controllers in the image may or may not be the DualShock 5 gamepads. As far as we can tell, they look quite identical to DualShock 4 controllers.
The DualShock 5 will be a lot like the DualShock 4 controllers, of course. Leaked patents and Wired’s hands-on analysis states the same. The main differences seem to be the removal of the battery-consuming light bar on the back of the device, and the switch to a USB-C port.
Here’s a DualShock 5 patent image:
