Aston Martin revealed the first private residential estate last year. The property was a modernist masterpiece situated in New York’s Hudson Valley. After its success, the company is working on another similar project in Tokyo. It recently revealed № 001 Minami Aoyama, a mega-mansion situated in the Omotesando area of Tokyo’s upscale Minami Aoyama district.

The № 001 Minami Aoyama is an architectural collaboration between Aston Martin and Japanese luxury concierge Vibroa. It is a four-story townhouse slated for completion in November 2023. A private buyer has already bought it. Also, it is the brand’s first home design in Asia.

In the mansion, Aston Martin will handle the exterior with a local architect. The company is also taking care of interior styling and furnishings.

We are delighted to be working with Vibroa, helping create what we believe is a perfect home for an Aston Martin owner, with design elements inspired by our breathtaking portfolio of ultra-luxury and high-performance cars.”

The mansion will have a gym, a spa, a theatre, a wine cellar, and an office. The property will be a dream come true for car enthusiasts as it has a striking façade, clean lines, and calming interiors that evoke a luxe feel similar to Aston Martin’s signature vehicles.

The mansion also has two parking spots in Omotesando and a stylish automotive gallery visible from the dining area. It also has panoramic views of Tokyo from a stunningly sprawling roof terrace.
