Fraser stated that Berk had allegedly subjected him to unwanted advances, specifically, Fraser alleged that Berk had groped him during a meeting. Berk has since denied these allegations.
Fraser’s decision to not attend the 2023 Golden Globe ceremony is directly related to this alleged incident. In November 2022, Fraser publicly stated that he would not be in attendance at the ceremony due to the HFPA’s handling of the situation. Fraser is standing in solidarity with his alleged experience and is using this opportunity to bring attention to the need for more accountability and transparency within the industry.
