NETFLIX RELEASES THE OFFICIAL TRAILER OF UNSOLVED MYSTERIES REVIVAL

Real cases of perplexing disappearances, shocking murders and paranormal encounters

The first Unsolved Mysteries aired in 1987 and continued through a series of reboots until 2010, but Netflix is bringing back the famous documentary show for a 2020 revival.

This Unsolved Mysteries revival will see the first six episodes dropping start of next month, with six more to be released at a later release date.

The first Unsolved Mysteries trailer appears as though much of the show’s original magic is still present – only with a modern take to it.

The retention of the original Unsolved Mysteries magic is largely due to the fact that both John Cosgrove and Terry Dunn Meurer, returned as the new Unsolved Mysteries executive producers, alongside Shawn Levy, Netflix’s Stranger Things executive producer. The only great loss is that the Unsolved Mysteries’ iconic host/narrator, Robert Slack, has passed away.

If you are not familiar with the original show, Unsolved Mysteries showcases cold cases of missing and disappeared individuals as well as first person account of paranormal phenomena — so it’s time to stock up with your favourite crisps and drinks, and don’t forget those tinfoil hats.

Unsolved Mysteries will be available to stream on Netflix from the 1st of July this year.
