Full-fledged multi-hyphenate, Pharrell Williams has re-listed his ultra-contemporary home in Los Angeles. He had purchased it in 2015 for US$ 7.14 million. Now he has put it back on the market at a smidgen under $10 million. It is the second time he has listed the property. He had listed the property at US$ 11.95 million. The price was reduced to US$ 9.995 million, but still, it was not sold and taken off the market. It was listed again at US$ 9.995 million with top real estate agents Rayni Williams and Brick Williams of The Beverly Hills Estates.

Skilled architect Hagy Belzberg designed the property. It runs along a high ridge with a 360-degree mountain and offers canyon and city views. It is a long, low-slung, and interestingly angled residence that offers “eco-conscious living” as it has an array of solar panels mounted on the roof.

This particular property owned by Pharrell has eye-catching flourishes, and it is gated. It also has around 6,100 square feet of light-filled and airy living spaces. Inside, you can find five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. The property also includes a detached one-bed/one-bath guesthouse with a full kitchen and cavernous double-height lounge that has a stunning wall of glass.

This Pharrell property is spread across 1.55 acres and has many attractive features like a stainless-steel fireplace, a lush green wall, and a sleek kitchen. Its guest bedrooms are conventional. The primary suite of the mansion is glorified thanks to a 10-foot video wall. The property also has several decks and terraces. One even has an outdoor kitchen while another comes with a 70-foot-long infinity edge pool with endless mountaintop views. A third is ideal for viewing outdoor films projected on the guesthouse wall on the opposite side of the sunken motor court.
