The Point Estate is the third offering at Moskito Island. It is located just alongside the island’s edge, with cliffside residences that offer amazing water views. Furthermore, it also comes with a bunk room for the kids and is the only estate on the Moskito island featuring this.

With that, it is also far more family friendly as compared to the other estates. For instance, it has direct access to the beach. With each of these estates comes an estate manager who is solely dedicated to that property. The estate manager helps source your favourite dishes for dinner and can also guide you to the remote corners of the island in a golf cart.

Regardless of the options, guests get several amenities. For instance, Moskito Island has two tennis courts with kayaks and paddleboards that allow visitors to explore the coast. Similarly, the Manchioneel beach offers warm and clear water with picturesque views of the nearby hills. Several water adventures are also available here.
