Scooter Braun Bought a Massive US$65 Million Brentwood Mansion

It is the second-biggest ever inked on all of L.A.’s Westside

Scooter Braun has recently decided to move out of his family home. He has just bought a house in Brentwood’s bucolic Mandeville Canyon that cost him about US$ 65 million (AU$ 88 million). The modern mansion earlier had a cost of US$ 70 million (AU$ 95 million).

For those who don’t know about him, Scooter Braun is a 40-year-old music manager who helped form the careers of stars like Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber. He has transformed into a media mogul and a powerhouse investor in the last few years. Some people also recognize him for having an uncanny knack for being in the right place at the right time.

Earlier this year, Scooter Braun had sold his Ithaca Holding conglomerate for USD$1 billion (AU$ 1.36 billion) to South Korean juggernaut HYBE. It’s deals like these that have probably helped him to have a reported net worth of about US$ 400 million (AU$543.77 million).

The new mansion of Scooter Braun is located on a private road in LA’s popular neighbourhood. It was designed by Noah Walker, who also designed Oak Pass Residence, one of LA’s most beautiful modern estates. He is also the man behind the popular Carla House in Beverly Hills.

The mansion has a massive space of 19,000 square feet and has 9.5 bathrooms and six bedrooms. Jamie Bush designed stylish and stunning honey-hued wood-filled interiors. Garaging at Scooter Braun’s new home is not a problem as the garage has space for 8 cars while the motor court parking has allowed space for dozens of vehicles. The mansion also has a giant movie theatre.

Other amenities of the amazing property now owned by Scooter Braun include indoor and outdoor pools, lawns with intimate gardens, vast grounds with their terraces, a pool house, and a guest house. The last two are located out back on the property. Scooter Braun is now a neighbour of investor Lowell Milken, crypto billionaire Jesse Powell and the American actress Reese Witherspoon.
