The trailer of Spider-Man: No Way Home was recently released. It marks the return of Tom Holland as your favourite Spidey whose identity is revealed to the world. He is now facing the challenge of law enforcement agencies hunting him down for the murder of Mysterio. Plus, he’s got to deal with two villains (possibly three).

As expected, the Spider-Man: No Way Home film will begin where Spider-Man: Far from Home Ended. Peter Parker’s real identity is out, and he is on the run from the law enforcement agencies. He only trusts a few people – Aunt May (Marisa Tomei, MJ (Zendaya), and Ned Leeds (Jacob Batalon). The film will also see Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) making an appearance.

The Spider-Man: No Way Home trailer has also confirmed the return of Doc Ock (Molina), who says one line, “Hello Peter.” The trailer teased the return of the Green Goblin (Willem Dafoe’s Green Goblin). Though you won’t get a look at the villain, you will see the pumpkin bombs and his menacing laugh.

Most of the Spider-Man: No Way Home trailer shows what to expect from the movie. Peter would be harassed by law enforcement agencies and even his college mates (and the world in general). So, he will go to Doctor Strange to help ensure that everyone forgets his identity. As you might have guessed, the spell goes awry, and things get messed up.

The Spider-Man: No Way Home trailer also shows Peter poring over files in a room with a man in a button-up shirt and a tie. It could be Charlie Cox’s Matt Murdock. He is an MCU character rumoured to be in the film, but nothing has been confirmed yet. The trailer also hints at the multiverse as Peter falls through different realities.

For those who might have missed it, the Spider-Man: No Way Home trailer also shows yellow lightning at the 2:26 mark, which might hint at Foxx’s Electro (who earlier used blue lighting). So, it is possible that Spider-Man: No Way Home will have three villains Spidey has to deal with. Nevertheless, this trailer has done what it meant to do, made us excited for the film that will release by the end of this year. Won’t you agree?
