Uncharted Trailer Shows Tom Holland in Game Accurate Action Sequences
Uncharted trailer released by Sony Pictures Entertainment.

It has been a long since an Uncharted movie is due. The hit Playstation game got released a decade ago and has now become one of the most popular game franchises of all time. Though, a movie adaptation has been in the works for over a decade. The new Uncharted trailer finally marks the movie’s arrival!

In the last few years, the Uncharted movie has experienced a number of delays. The movie has gone through various directors, and even when everything seemed right, the Pandemic further set the movie back. Finally, the movie starring Mark Wahlberg and Tom Holland as the treasure hunting duo is coming to the big screen.

The Uncharted is scheduled to release in February 2022. Now that the Uncharted trailer is already out, Sony is all set to create the anticipation and buzz around the movie. Last year, fans got the first look at Nathan Drake. Then, footage from the Uncharted got revealed later at CinemaCon in August.

Ever since the first look, fans have been dying to see the Uncharted trailer. Rumours surrounding the Uncharted trailer reveal were floating for several days. Now, the preview for the first Uncharted trailer is online for all fans to see.

On the first look, Uncharted seems to take great inspiration from Indian Jones. From what we see in the Uncharted trailer, the movie has successfully maintained the playful yet adventurous vibe of the original games, as we see Sully and Nate hunting for some precious treasure.

Of course, seeing Tom Holland play the role of Drake would be quite interesting, as fans are used to seeing him as a swinging teenage spider in the MCU. So, his performance as Drake is definitely something that the audience is wholly looking forward to.

The Uncharted games are known for their complex action sequences and well-thought settings. Well, from what we see in the first Uncharted trailer, the movie is going to offer something similar.

It is not common for video game adaptations to achieve success easily. For instance, fans were quite disappointed with the Assassin’s Creed adaptation that came out earlier. So, if Uncharted manages to pull that off, it will be a big achievement.
