Will Smith Launches Another Bel-Air Athletics Collection

More academy-inspired items are available this time

Will Smith launches his new clothing line’s second collection, Bel-Air Athletics. Inspired by the 90’s hit sitcom Fresh Prince of Bel-Air from Smith, the limited drop embodies the individual style and culture of Will’s 90’s fashion.

 

Will Smith’s Bel-Air Athlectics first debuted as a limited edition drop last month. Smith has now decided to turn the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air-inspired capsule into its own line after the successful first instalment, releasing several new styles embodying the ongoing academy theme.

The collection will only be on sale from November 26 to mid-December, featuring over 40 new unisex clothes and accessories. Key pieces are the MVP Varsity Jacket (only 50 pieces available, made in Los Angeles); the Bel-Air Skipper Jacket, a modern satin baseball jacket from the 1990s; the Will Power 3.0 long-sleeve, which show Will Smith dunking on a tie-dyed background, the Gridiron Crewneck, inspired by the Philadelphia Eagles jersey worn by Will in an episode of Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.

 

As a reference to the fictional Bel-Air Academy, the colour palette is steeped in shades of burgundy, gold and navy, and for pattern, tie-dye bring in a trendy element. Round it all out with embroidered caps, printed socks and beanies.

The prices of the items range from $15 USD for the socks and goes up to $450 USD for the MVP Varsity Jacket. The full collection is now available at Will Smith’s Bel-Air Athletics’ webstore.
