Bookings For Scenic Blood Moon Qantas Flights Are Starting Soon

Have you always wanted to experience a Blood Moon high up in the sky? Well, your dream can now become true. Books for the scenic Blood Moon Qantas flights have now opened. Indeed, it is more like a one-time chance for most people.

Of course, these Qantas flights will not take you to the moon. However, it can take you high up to an altitude from where you can see the Blood Moon in its full glory. Qantas flights will start on 26th May and will span 3 hours.
The scenic Qantas flights will go over Sydney and then climb 40,000 feet high in the air allowing passengers to get the best viewing experience. The entire journey will be covered on a Boeing 787 Dreamline aircraft.
CSIRO will also contribute to the planning of the Blood Moon scenic flights, to ensure that the best path is taken for the best view. So, if you happen to be on the plane, you are likely to get the best shots of the Blood Moon.
This is not going to be the first of Qantas flights that have taken passengers on a picturesque journey to view the celestial bodies. Back in 2003, the airlines did a 14-hours trip in the air allowing passengers to get the best view of the solar eclipse.
Regarding the upcoming Blood Moon Qantas flights, a representative stated, “We are very excited to now be doing a super moon scenic flight and the 787 has the largest windows of any passenger aircraft so it’s ideal for moon gazing.”
However, according to the airlines, only 130 lucky passengers will become a part of the Blood Moon Qantas flights. The tickets for this trip will be up for sale on Wednesday, right after mid-day.
Furthermore, to enhance the experience on the Qantas flights, the airline staff will serve a special moon-themed menu along with cocktails. So, it is going to be a unique adventure for most people.
But the experience comes at a serious price. The business-class seat would cost $1499. At the same time, the premium economy and economy seats will cost $899 and $499, respectively.
