Deadpool 3 is Now in the Works at Marvel Studios with New Writers

Deadpool 3 is finally getting into the works, as Marvel Studios is looking for writers for the new superhero movie. Previously, the decision of Marvel Studios to bring an R-rated superhero movie was met with a lot of support. In no time, fans fell in love with the wacky anti-hero.

Later in 2018, Marvel Studios decided to release Deadpool 2. With that, an X-Force spinoff was also being planned along with Deadpool 3. However, after Fox’s film studio got acquired by Disney, things took a complicated turn.

Reynolds had been teasing some meetings with the studios, giving fans the hope that they were looking for. Now, it seems like Deadpool 3 is finally in the works.

Well, it is not the only Marvel Superhero movie that fans are looking forward to. They are equally excited about the new Spider-man 3 movie. And with that, many Spider-Man 3 casting rumors are also being spread around about a possible multi-verse.

Based on the reports, Reynolds will be returning as the lead character, Wade Wilson in Deadpool 3. However, Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick will not be the writers of this new sequel. Previously, they were the lead writers of both Deadpool and Deadpool 2.

The reports further suggest that Marvel is hiring Lizzie Molyneux-Logelin and Wendy Molyneux for the script of Deadpool 3. This sister-writer duo is famous for Bob’s Burgers, where they were the executive producers along with writers.

While there is no official green signal for Deadpool 3 just yet, the president of Marvel, Kevin Feige seems to be involved in this project.

With that, the R-rated tone in Deadpool 3 will continue the same as it was in the last three movies. That is certainly good news for fans who were previously worried that Disney and Marvel might water it down to make it PG-13.

The director of Deadpool 2, David Leitch may also not return for the sequel either due to a busy schedule. And currently, there are no reports about the new director for Deadpool 3. However, as time passes, we can expect to receive more information about that.
