Get a Chance to Win $1 Million USD in a ‘Call of Duty: Mobile’ Tourney
Players ranked Veteran or higher can participate.
Game publisher Activision has announced that Call of Duty: Mobile will organize an esports tournament with over $1 million USD ($1.580 million AUD) as the cash prize. Players of Call of Duty: Mobile ranked Veteran or higher in multiplayer mode will be able to join in the open online qualifiers, which is scheduled to happen on 30 April through 24 May.
Players who can score at least 80 points across their first 10 ranked games each weekend will be able to proceed to the second stage of the Call of Duty: Mobile World Championship. All qualified players that participate each weekend will earn in-game rewards for registering and playing. External input hardware like controllers, keyboards and mice are banned from being used, unless permitted by a game official. No doubt that the Call of Duty: Mobile tournament cannot be played on a desktop emulator, as the whole tournament is planned as an almost exclusive mobile touchscreen tournament to maintain the balanced competitiveness.
