Here’s the New Parley x adidas UltraBOOST Uncaged Sneakers
Saving the oceans with sustainable footwear
Continuing with its efforts to save the world’s oceans, adidas has partnered with Parley once more to put create a new Parley x adidas UltraBOOST Uncaged. Originally made in 2016 to commemorate World Oceans Day, the latest take on the new minimal design constructed of marine plastic waste material intercepted from beaches and coastal communities around the world features a few key differences.
Still having the pure white Primeknit base, the upper is embellished by light Teal-colored Parley fibers that visually contours the shoe to represent ocean waves. Branding on the shoe is kept subtle yet distinct with tonal white embroidered adidas’ mountain logos on the tongue, white Three Stripes stitching at the midfoot and Parley x adidas print on the insoles. Rounding up the Parley x adidas UltraBOOST Uncaged is a full-length matching adidas BOOST midsole and a new contrasting outsole made of black Continental rubber.
