Labeled as Sylvan Rock, this architectural marvel by Aston Martin sits in the Hudson Valley of New York. This house is designed in collaboration with S3 Architecture. And indeed, it is a luxurious ultra-modern home.

The structure stands on a 55-acres plot, with lots of lush green trees around it. Furthermore, it is just about 2 hours away from Manhattan by car. With that, the house is just alongside the Hudson Riverbank, which further adds to its scenic beauty.

In this regard, Christopher Dierig, a registered architect and S3 Architecture partner for this project says, ‘When designing, we always let the land speak first and respond to it’.

Overall, this private residence has a very modern look. However, some elements of it result in a very warm and natural environment. Since this Aston Martin private resident is going to cost $7.7 million USD ($10.78 million AUD), you can enjoy sipping some Black Bowmore DB5 1964 here on a cozy evening.

The glass windows contrast incredibly well with the black cedar façade that adds a modern vibe to the property.
