Tom Cruise Lists His Mountain Home in Colorado for A$50.9 Million

The massive property has a four-bedroom mansion and a three-bedroom guest house

Tom Cruise has listed his mountain home located in Colorado for a staggering amount of AUD 50.9 million. He has owned this property since the 1990s and tried to sell it off in 2014 but did not manage to do that. Now, the property was listed again late last week. Will he find a buyer this time?

 

The property has a four-bedroom mansion and a three-bedroom guest house. It occupies about 130 hectares of land and has everything a new stuntman or woman might need, like snowmobile tracks, hiking trails, a dirt bike, and tracks for terrain vehicles to explore the mountains easily. It also has a helipad that anyone can use to fly away or come back home.

Tom Cruise built the homes on this property when he was still married to Nicole Kidman. The homes were built in 1994 by using stone and cedarwood. These elements give the houses a unique and luxurious feel.

 

The main home owned by Tom Cruise is 929 square meters and includes a fitness centre, a chef’s kitchen, a games room, and rustic interiors that come with open fireplaces.

Though Tom Cruise’s this property looks secluded, it is just a few kilometres away from the main town of Telluride. It offers privacy thanks to the small Aspen tree forest that easily provides cover. It also has a 1.5 kilometres long driveway. This property is listed by Eric Lavey and Dan Dockray of Sotheby’s International Realty.

Tom Cruise owned different properties in the UK and the US, but in the last few years, he has been selling them off to focus on a penthouse he owns in Clearwater, Florida that is close to the headquarters of Scientology. He is a follower of Scientology.

The condo is a part of the building designed by Moises Agami, a major Scientology donor and a Mexican property developer.
