Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry Buy a A$20 Million California Compound

In the expensive seaside town of  Montecito, California

Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry are making Montecito California as their primary residence. They recently bought a stunning piece of real estate by paying a whopping USD 14.2 or AUD 20 million that includes nine acres of manicured grounds which come with incredible ocean views from a perch in the Santa Ynez foothills.

 

As per records, the property was sold to Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry by C. Robert Kidder, a renowned businessman. It has four contiguous parcels of land, a long oak tree driveway, and a three-storey Mediterranean villa. The property also has gorgeous public rooms. The living room has five sets of French doors that open to a broad brick terrace. An adjoining den has a fireplace, and three more French door sets that open to a separate patio.

 

On the other side of the main floor, Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom can find an open kitchen, an appealing breakfast room which opens to an alfresco dining area. There is also a large kitchen island, stylish and designer stainless appliances and a separate butler’s pantry.

 

The foyer has two different staircases in Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom’s new property. One leads to a partially subterranean lower level that includes a private office and conference room. The other leads upstairs, where four beautiful bedrooms are located. Some other accessory features of Orlando Bloom’s and Katy Perry’s new property are a four-car garage, a guesthouse with full kitchen, private office, bedroom suite and a dining area. The property also has a swimming pool, a covered patio, pool house with two full baths and two more bedrooms, a full-sized sports court, multiple fountains, grassy lawn, formal gardens, sculpted hedges, and native plantings.

 

When Katy and Bloom make it their home, they would be neighbours of Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, and their 17 months old baby Archie. It is good for Bloom and Perry as they also welcomed their daughter Daisy Dove in August this year. When they move into the gated property that covers 8.9 acres of land, they will be situated among Hollywood’ elite.
