An All-New Surprising Samsung Galaxy Phone is Coming

Samsung has already filed a patent for this design

Previously, Samsung did have some plans to make tweets to the screen in the Samsung Galaxy S11. However, recently, a patent was published. According to that patent, Samsung seems to have far bigger plans to re-shape the screen.

 

Based on the patent which was published on 7^th November 2019, a new screen-shape for the Samsung Galaxy phones is ready to be featured. The patent, which is titled “display apparatus and portable terminals” also covers some additional UI elements.

According to Ilse Jurrien (Let’s Go Digital), a tech-reporter, it looks like the new Samsung Galaxy phone will have four curved parts. These parts are arranged on the sides of the device. As a result of this, the Samsung Galaxy phone has a larger display area. This area covers the entire side. At the same time, the design also incorporates an antenna both on the bottom and top.

 

Though, this all-new technology may not be a part of the upcoming Galaxy S series phone, the S11. These handsets will be launched in February 2020. These handsets are already being tested, presumably. Based on some leaked reports, the bezels will shrink on the Galaxy S11 phone.

Well, normally, there are two Samsung Galaxy releases every year. Usually, the Galaxy Note phones get released during the Q3 phase whereas S series phones come during Q1.

 

Just recently, the Galaxy Fold was also released which was unique in terms of its design. However, it is important to note that it is not the same as the widely rumored Samsung flip phone. The newly published patent simply suggests that the company has big plans to take the design of Samsung Galaxy phones to new levels.

 

However, a patent does not necessarily suggest that the final product will be released in the market. Though, it looks like the patent is well in line with the upcoming market trends.

After all, this is the direction in which display technology is expected to leap towards. At the same time, it will offer the company a different product that can be sold to manufacturers. Nevertheless, fans and Samsung Galaxy loyalists have been going crazy to find out more about it, ever since reports of the patent went out. Let’s just hope that we will receive further news soon!
