The interesting movie trailers just keeps on pouring in. After the trailers of upcoming and anticipated films like Star Wars Episode 9 and Black Widow, the Free Guy trailer has been launched. The trailer was launched during CCXP19 event that was held this weekend by 20th Century Fox. The film stars Ryan Reynolds, and he shines throughout the trailer.

The story of Free Guy revolves around Ryan Reynold’s character in a video game world. He is a non-playable character who is always in trouble. He gets punched, shot at, robbed, in short his life is constantly in danger. One day the character decides that he doesn’t want to be in the background and wants to be in on the fun. Soon, he turns into the good guy that saves the virtual world. The best part of the Free Guy trailer is when the character says that he doesn’t want to be the good guy, he wants to be a great guy.

In addition to the Red Notice star, Ryan Reynolds, the film also has Killing Eve’s, Jodie Comer. The actress plays the role of a gun-toting character, Molotov Girl. The film also stars Stranger Things‘ Joe Keery, Utkarsh Ambudkar, Lil Rel Howery, and Taika Waititi.

Though the storyline of Free Guy is quite predictable, the trailer still manages to make people anticipate the film. The focus of the film seems to be to highlight the absurd game logic that would not hold up for long in real life. After all, non-stop gunfights and car crashes do not happen in real life.

Ryan Reynolds catches audiences’ attention in the Free Guy trailer as the 6 Underground actor has nailed his character with precision. In addition to all the fight scenes and the rebellious talk, he has played fun scenes with equal dedication. One such scene is when Reynolds feel like he is high on drugs after using a video game medkit.

Many people believe that Ryan Reynolds’ Free Guy is a test done by Disney to see whether the audience likes such humour or not. If they do, the makers might create the next Deadpool movie with a PG-13 rating and let go of the R-rating.
