HBO Just Dropped the Game of Thrones Season 8 Official Trailer

The final season of the epic television series of all time, Game of Thrones, is coming next month and the Game of Thrones season 8 official trailer has just been dropped by HBO.

“Game of Thrones” fans have waited more than a year to find out how the legendary story will unfold and what fate decided on their favorite (and least favorite) characters. And earlier today they got their a quick look of the epic finale.

The Game of Thrones season 8 official trailer gives us a brief glimpse of what we can expect each character in season 8. the power couple, Jon and Dany are both in Winterfell with Jon’s sister Sansa, preparing for a final assault from the Night King’s army of the dead.  “They’re coming. Our enemy doesn’t tire, doesn’t stop, doesn’t feel,” Jon Snow says.

Meanwhile, Jaime Lannister is joining them despite his sister Cersei’s command, as he makes a difficult decision between the person he loves and doing the right thing.

Arya proves to be a true lionheart in the trailer, as she is shown using her hard-earned skills as an assassin and fighting in a huge battle. The trailer ends with a tease of the one of the most awaited battles, the Battle of Winterfell, where it appears the living and the dead will have their standoff.

Earlier this year, HBO released a teaser trailer that showed Jon Snow, Arya Stark and Sansa Stark going through the crypts of Winterfell, reminiscing messages from the past, as a frost began to consume the the whole crypt.

The much-awaited final season of the blockbuster epic fantasy show premieres on April 14. The season is six episodes long and each has been described as its own feature length film.

HBO also announced that the final season will feature the longest battle sequence ever committed to film.
