Though the golden globes awards are not as famous as the Oscars, they still manage to attract the prominent names of Hollywood. The 2019 golden globes were no different and the evening tuned out to be memorable for fans of every big franchisee be it the Marvel TV Series or the Game of Thrones.

The evening celebrations were hosted by fit for the role Andy Samberg and Sandra Oh who didn’t spark any controversy but managed to put a smile on many faces. Thankfully, most people laughed along with their roasting and were not crying in shame due to the jokes cracked by the duo.

Christian Bale added a bit of spiciness to the 2019 golden globes event by thanking Satan for inspiring him to play the character of Dick Cheney when he won the Best Actor award for Vice. Sandra Oh added a moment of pride to the event by being the first woman of Asian descent to win the award for Best Actress in a television series. Her parent’s reaction on the win was a sight to behold.

A bit of photobombing was expected during the 2019 golden globes, but no one could have imagined that most of the photobombing will be done by the woman handing Fiji waters to attendees as she also served some notable side-eye looks to the camera.

Some genuine warmth and affection were also added to the event when Rami Malek’s name was announced for the category of Best Actor in a drama. Instead of seeing the actor getting nervous with anticipation, the fans saw the actor being affectionately embraced by the lead guitarist of Queen, Brian May.

Fans of the event cannot forget the confusing awards rant by Jeff Bridges who started the thank you speech on a nice note by thanking his loved ones and family. Soon after, he started sharing the story of a man who shared a metaphor for life. His speech was confusing and a bit annoying to say the least.

Now, if you have read all the above paragraphs with the hopes of knowing the list of winners, then we won’t disappoint you. Here’s the list of stars who made a mark during the event and made their fans proud.
