If you are a die-hard fan of the Star Wars Universe and the wait for the release of episode 9 and The Mandalorian is killing you, we have some good news for you. It has been revealed recently that the upcoming film, Star Wars: The Rise of the Skywalker will have a new villain. Who is it, and what will he look like? Scroll down and know.

As the Star Wars Episode 9 trailer must have told you, the story will wrap up the epic battle between the First Order and the Resistance when the film hits the theatres on December 19, 2019. Now, the makers have unveiled that a new villain will be added in the form of Sith Trooper. The announcement was made via the Official YouTube Channel of Star Wars. Loyal fans of the series would remember that the religious order of Dark Side users included Maul, Darth Sidious, Vader, and Tyrannus but Snoke and Kylo Ren never identified as such.

Star Wars: The Rise of the Skywalker is expected to be a huge success given that the makers have proved themselves worthy by battling many challenges. The inclusion of late Star Wars actress, Carrie Fisher is one of them.

The look of the new villain is also worthy of notice. Trooper would have an all-red armoured look. According to Lucasfilm’s official The Star Wars Show/Starwars.com, the look is modern and more menacing that befits its namesake. The look also has some unique aesthetics worthy of your notice. It also has subtle and not so obvious ties to stormtrooper designs used previously, which will be a worthy discovery for the fans and give them pleasure.

Star Wars: The Rise of the Skywalker will also have Palpatine, General Hux (played by Domhnall Gleeson) and Kylo Ren. The dark side will have Allegiant General Pryde (played by Oscar-nominee, Richard E. Grant).

The allegiances of Zori Bliss (played by Keri Russell) are unclear yet, but we guess that she could be one of the bad guys.

What do you think of the addition of Sith Trooper in his all-red armoured look? Would it make Star Wars: The Rise of the Skywalker more exciting?
