Last month Google announced an event for the “future of gaming” and now it has unraveled an exciting teaser for it. Although nothing much is known about the Google’s vision of the gaming future, still it has become clear that at the Game Developers Conference event which is scheduled for the next week, Google will be unveiling its plan and how it will affect the world of gaming.

If the buzz in the rumor mill has to be believed then the American giant Google might launch its own game-streaming service, which will build off the work of Project Stream tests. It is also speculated that Google which built this tech may formally announce the public-facing service based on the same tech, thereby giving a new twist to the “future of gaming”. Furthermore, due to the patent for a controller that surfaced last week, it is indicated that the tech will have some hardware accompanied by it as well.

Interestingly, the event has been tweeted by Rick Osterloh, who is Google’s SVP of Hardware, which definitely hints indicate that the American multinational technology company will be planning to launch some kind of gaming hardware at the event of Game Developers Conference. Not only this, but Google has also posted a placeholder page on the Google Store for the announcement of this news through a physical device which might also get rolled out next week.

The latest teaser of “future of gaming” put on Google’s main Twitter account doesn’t reveal much about but shows a bunch of hallways which are set in a different interesting area that includes sci-fi, fantasy, and racing that undoubtedly fit in the theme of gaming.

Google at the GDC event which will be held on March 19 at 1 p.m. EST will live stream the program and then only one can know how far the rumors floating in the air are true. As of now, take a look at Apex Legends and Fortnite and wait for a few days to see what exactly Google has for you to offer in the gaming world.
