It’s show time is the title of the tease launched by Apple for a product event that will be hosted on March 25, 2019. The event will be organized at Steve Jobs Theatre that’s located in Cupertino, California. The invites with the words It’s show time were sent on Monday and gained a lot of limelight.

The graphic that comes along with the invite raises more questions than it answers. It counts 4,3,2 in a way similar to what you see at the beginning of a film. Some fans speculate that this graphic clearly indicates that Apple is planning to launch a streaming service. If that is the case, the words, it’s show time are a perfect choice.

Apple has been focusing on the content deals for a few months now. It has been involved in the creation of shows such as Carpool Karaoke that’s available on Apple Music. It is also reported that Apple has made deals with stars like Steven Spielberg, Reese Witherspoon, M. Night Shyamalan, and Oprah Winfrey. Some people are also speculating that Apple might reveal a news service that would be in line with its acquisition of Texture, a news subscription aggregator. It is possible that the news service will be launched on March 25.

If Apple forays into the field of streaming, it would join a growing list of Netflix competitors that includes names like Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, DC Universe Service, CBS All Access and Criterion Collection film service that’s offered by WarnerMedia.

Apple might be eager to launch the streaming service during the upcoming event because the company recognizes the money value behind it. The company needs a revenue boost given the fact that Apple’s saw the first ever dip in iPhone sales during the last holiday period.

Evidence from supply chain has revealed that Apple is not only planning surprises on March 25, but the company plans to launch new products during this entire year. A few more things that might be expected are updated iPads, a new iPod touch, and AirPower charging pads.

Well, we are curious to know what Apple has in store for its fans, aren’t you?
