The New Pope Teaser Trailer Shows a Confident and Sexy Pope

Such a thing is only possible when you follow a strict diet like keto diet and hit the gym hard regularly. The trailer of The New Pope might give men some hope that they can do it because Jude Law can.

 

In the trailer of The New Pope, he is seen walking down a beach in front of many bikini-clad women playing volleyball. He is wearing nothing but a white Speedo. Even though the records from 310 aren’t complete, we are sure it’s just a fictional scenario as the real pope didn’t seem so sexy. We must say, Law is aging like fine wine and this teaser is even better than the teaser ofThe King we enjoyed recently.

The New Pope is a follow-up series to The Young Pope that aired in 2016 and was appreciated widely. The New Pope will show Lenny Belarso’s apparent successor. The successor part is played by John Malkovich who isn’t as bold as Law’s character and is mostly buttoned up! Though Malkovich looks good too (in his traditional papal garb), he needs to up his game if he wants to be as sexy and drool-worthy like Jude Law who can give people lessons on how to stay fit after 40.

 

The New Pope limited series has the challenge of living up to the fame and critical acclaim acquired by the first season. For the uninitiated, The Young Pope was the first Italian series ever to be nominated for a Primetime Emmy and Law scored a Golden Globe nomination. The teaser is a good start as Sorrentino is maintaining the winking humour of the limited series.

 

The Young Pope lasted for 10 seasons and aired in 2016. The New Pope is penned by Stefano Bises, Paolo Sorrentino and Umberto Contarello. It features original cast members like Ulrich Thomsen, Henry Goodman, Massimo Ghini, Mark Ivanir, and Yuliya Snigir. It also has Marilyn Manson and Sharon Stone as guest stars.
