The anticipation for The King’s Man has been increasing since the release of the first King’s Man trailer. Thankfully, this trailer delves into the past and traces the origins of the spy franchise that was shown in 2014’s King’s Man: The Secret Service and its sequel, King’s Man: The Golden Circle. Both the films were brought to life by renowned Director Matthew Vaughn and gained the love of the fans.

The official logline says the creation of King’s Man was due to “a collection of history’s worst tyrants and criminal masterminds gather to plot a war to wipe out millions.” So, they are basically telling us that criminals and tyrants were behind World War I, not the complicated web of geopolitics which led to first industrialized warfare. (We beg to differ!)

Though some people compare King’s Man franchise with James Bond, both of them are excellent options for spy movie lovers. In the third film of the franchise Matthew Vaughn is focusing on Ralph Fiennes’ Duke of Oxford and the earlier days of the espionage organization. We must admire Fiennes’ wardrobe choices here because his idea of essential menswear can help set new fashion trends.

Anyways, in the King’s Man trailer, Fiennes and his teammates, Tom Hollander, Gemma Arterton, and Harris Dickinson work hard to stop a war that could be started by criminal masterminds and tyrants. The war if it happens, can kill millions of people. To do that, he needs cunning plans and a parachute. His screen presence is awesome, and he can give people lessons on how to become an alpha male. He would have to deal with the likes of Rasputin (played by Rhys Ifans), who we must say is a tough nut to crack.
